?!?!Who is the star of the week

Star of the Week is a very broad concept, which has many parts to it.
Firstly, every student in the class is Star of the Week at some point throughout the year. This student is given the whole week to show off the many talents he/she may possess, and this is also a way for everyone in the class to really get to know one another. We also do Star of the Week, because it allows all of our students to feel extra special

[Throughout the week, the Student of the Week will be the leader of the class. The student will be in the front of the line when the class goes out for recess or to a special event, such as art, PE, trip, or an open day. He/ She will be the one to collect books and pass any papers that the teacher needs handed out. During the week, the student's mother can join the class and do a special task with the class, such as read a story or make food. Finally, on Wednesday, the Star of the Week has the opportunity to bring in some special show-and-tell items for the class to take a look at.
